Returns and Exchanges

ROSS & WHITCROFT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

When you shop with Ross & Whitcroft, you enjoy confidence – the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it. Please email us at sales@rosswhitcroft.com.au within 7 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. Returns must be within 30 days with proof of purchase and at your cost, we will provide an exchange, refund or repair within the guidelines outlined below. Return the item/s once you have received an email from us.

All products must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition with all packaging and tags in brand new condition. If any product is marked or in ANY WAY soiled we will not accept the return. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. This includes the original freight from us to you (on free shipping items we will work on $15 as our shipping cost) We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Ross & Whitcroft will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Proof of Purchase

Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by Proof of Purchase documents.

Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Ross & Whitcroft will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange (minus the initial cost of freight see above on free freight fee) provided that:

* You have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase; and

* The item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold); and

* The item is not a Special Exception (see below).

If you are unable to provide satisfactory Proof of Purchase, Ross & Whitcroft may, in its absolute discretion, provide you with an exchange to the current value of the item, provided that:

* The item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold); and

* We can verify that the item was originally purchased from Ross & Whitcroft.

* The item is not a Special Exception (see below).

Consumer Guarantees

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Ross & Whitcroft. If you believe an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. However these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.

Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send the item to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the failure is minor, we may repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time. If the item or service has a major failure, you may reject it and seek a refund or replacement, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value. These

consumer guarantees apply to items or services and may be impacted by the type and age and nature of the item.

Special Exceptions

No Returns for Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns for Change of Mind on the following items. These Special Exceptions do not apply to any returns made in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, or otherwise as required by law.

* Items on SALE

* Gift Cards

* Custom made and altered items

* Made-to-measure and altered garments

* Personalized products

* Personal care items

* Items specially imported at the request of customer

* Clearance items

Technology Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not offer change of mind exchanges or refunds on technology products if removed from the plastic packaging or plastic seal unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, in breach of manufacturer's warranties or consumer guarantees. Ross & Whitcroft will, at all times, honour its obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment was tendered.
